České Radiokomunikace to purchase nangu.TV
CRA is strategically strengthening its position within the market of innovative television broadcasting technology and services for internet television broadcasting and buying nangu.TV, a Czech company that develops comprehensive solutions for IPTV and OTT multimedia platforms.
With the acquisition of nangu.TV, CRA confirms its leading position within the television broadcasting market, expanding its technological platform and portfolio of products focusing on progressive streaming services and IPTV.
“Our goal is to provide clients complete and comprehensive services in the realm of television broadcasting, whether that entails traditional linear distribution or modern streaming, OTT, and IPTV. We want to have a whole range of options for delivering multimedia content to offer clients. The owner of CRA, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, also confirms with this purchase its long-term strategy of reinvesting CRA earnings to further develop and strengthen digital infrastructure. At the same time, it is strengthening its portfolio in the Central European region, as well as its position on the market of television broadcasting services.
