CRA significantly improved its financial results, with growth driven by progress in ICT services

CRA significantly improved its financial results. For the fiscal year ending 31 March 2025, revenue and EBITDA indicators both increased by more than 10% compared to previous periods. Consolidated revenue reached almost CZK 2.9 billion, while EBITDA totalled to CZK 1.4 billion. Overall, CRA's revenues continue to be largely generated by sectors other than traditional broadcasting, although the latter remains the strongest sector in CRA's portfolio.

Revenues from ICT services in the areas of cloud, data centres, and OTT have = increased by 65% year-on-year, demonstrating a significant growth in CRA. Last year's acquisitions, in which CRA purchased the cloud service provider Cloud4com and the Lužice data centre, also contributed to this outcome. Thus, CRA is building on last year's financial results, when it achieved a roughly 10% increase in revenues and, for the first time, revenues from broadcasting-related services were no longer dominant. CRA's owner, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure, is sticking to its long-term strategy and leaving the earned funds with CRA for further investments. The largest planned investment is the construction of a new data centre in Zbraslav, with construction of one of the region’s most modern data centres set to begin this summer.

‘We have once again improved our financial results by more than 10%, surpassing last year's growth and confirming our strengthened position in the ICT sector. This is a goal that we have been working towards for a long time, so we are pleased to see it reflected in the figures,’ says Miloš Mastník, CEO of CRA. ‘We will continue to adhere to this strategy. We are constantly improving the quality of our broadcasting services, and we are also preparing substantial investments in ICT services, particularly in the construction of data centres and the development of related products and services. We therefore believe that growth will continue in the coming periods,’ he adds.

CRA's most significant investment in recent years, the data centre in Zbraslav, is set to begin construction this summer. Due for completion in 2027, it will provide services to commercial customers and may also be part of the European AI Gigafactory project, for which CRA submitted a proposal in collaboration with the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade.
