Managed Services
IT management as a service. Leave your IT management to us and focus on your core business
We will take long-term responsibility for your IT services and technologies. Based on an SLA and for a fixed monthly fee, we will take care of the operation, security, supervision, monitoring, and backup of your IT and other related services.
Our eyes, hands and knowledge will take care of your IT infrastructure around the clock
We do not sell ‘DIY’ packages – we provide professional services
IT management as a service from CRA comprises an extensive set of core services on top of which we build a customised solution for each client. The monitoring tools we use — the proverbial eyes into the infrastructure — monitor it continuously, ensuring its reliable operation and providing regular reports.
If necessary, we can expand IT management by adding extra services or provide cooperation via a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in addressing various specific requirements, in installations, updates, or in the deployment of new services.
What our clients say
You don’t have to deal with IT issues and outages — we will detect them before they turn into a real problem
We hold the necessary certificates and security is our top priority
- Firewall services
NGFW firewall with IPS/IDS ensures intrusion prevention and advanced attack detection; virus and spam protection significantly increase the security of cloud network traffic. - Protection against cyber attacks
Our cloud protects IT infrastructure against cyber attacks from the internet. - DDoS protection
Cutting-edge technologies provide maximum resistance to distributed (DDoS) attacks.
- ANSI-TIA942
The technology is operated from an ANSI-TIA942 certified DC TOWER data centre - Common Criteria Certification for Information Technology (IT) Security (ISO/IEC 15408)

- Geographic separation
We run our cloud from two independent DC TOWER data centres which are separated by a distance of more than 5 km. - Data availability even in the event of a disaster
Thanks to geographic separation, infrastructure components are independent from one another and data availability in the event of a disaster is ensured. - Running special applications
It is possible to run applications with their own redundancy or special applications that require high availability.
- 24/7 technical support
Active support is provided 24 hours a day, in Czech and English, via e-mail, telephone, or a ticketing system. - High availability

Core Managed Services
Management, optimisation, and security of Linux operating systems in the customer’s environment. Supported distributions include Debian, RedHat and SUSE.
Management of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems operated in the provider’s cloud environment. The goal is to ensure secure, stable, and scalable operation of the OS without the customer needing to manage physical infrastructure.
Provision of design, implementation, management of backup and data recovery with emphasis on security and recoverability of the backed-up data.
Management of the MS SQL DB environment includes comprehensive administration and maintenance of the database server in order to ensure availability, optimal performance, data integrity, and system reliability down to the SQL database level.
The Technical Manager ensures the implementation, integration, coordination, and operational management of services based on catalogue sheets provided to the client. He also identifies the client’s requirements for projects and new services, arranges cooperation, and evaluates the quality of service delivery by the provider.
Security of log management tools and the Graylog SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) platform, including administration and optimisation. The goal is to ensure centralised log collection, archiving, searching, and analysis with the ability to detect security events.
The service can be delivered either from the provider’s data centre (as a dedicated solution) or on-premise at the customer’s site, using their own hardware.
Management, optimisation, and security of the Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) backup platform. The goal is to ensure reliable backup, deduplication, replication, and data recovery in the customer environment.
The service can be delivered either from the provider’s data centre (as a dedicated solution) or on-premise at the customer’s site, using their own hardware.
The service comprises management and monitoring of virtualisation technology environments within the scope defined by individual vendors’ licensing terms. Supported platforms include:
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- VMware
- KVM
- Proxmox
Installation, management, optimisation, and security of the Proxmox VE virtualisation platform. The goal is to ensure reliable and secure operation of the virtualisation infrastructure with all functionalities (high availability, storage, backup).
The service can be delivered either from the provider’s data centre (as a dedicated solution) or on-premise at the customer’s site, using their own hardware.
Management, optimisation, and security of the Microsoft Hyper-V virtualisation platform. The goal is to ensure reliable and secure operation of the virtualisation infrastructure, including management of hosts, clusters, and virtual machines.
The service can be delivered either from the provider’s data centre (as a dedicated solution) or on-premise at the customer’s site, using their own hardware.
Management, optimisation, and security of the VMware vSphere virtualisation platform. The goal is to ensure reliable, high-performance, and secure operation of the virtualisation infrastructure, including management of hosts, clusters, storage, and virtual machines.
The service can be delivered either from the provider’s data centre (as a dedicated solution) or on-premise at the customer’s site, using their own hardware.
Management, optimisation, and security of the hyperconverged Nutanix platform with AHV hypervisor. The goal is to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operation of the Nutanix environment, including management of clusters, storage, and virtual machines.
The service can be delivered either from the provider’s data centre (as a dedicated solution) or on-premise at the customer’s site, using their own hardware.
VMware Cloud Foundation as a Service provides the VMware vSphere platform as a dedicated managed service. The provider performs installation, configuration, operation, and lifecycle management of Broadcom’s VMware software. Compute resources are available as dedicated hypervisors. A dedicated single-tenant VMware vCenter Server provides additional isolation, supporting multiple hypervisor configuration options to meet flexible workload requirements.
